Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot (MIDP) program in the Northern District of Illinois

The Northern District of Illinois is participating in a three year pilot program that has added some steps into the discovery process. The MIDP took effect on June 1st and will be in force for any matters filed after that date. Join us for a discussion on the pilot program and find out what must be file with the Court and when. The Federal Court’s desire to ensure litigants have their collective ducks in a row is clear!
