Tips from the Trenches
Join us on your lunch hour the 4th Wednesday of each month for Tips from the Trenches where an IPA Board member or Chairperson will discuss a tip or tool that they have learned over the years that has made their job easier.
This month, Gordon Ferguson will discuss how to set up, save, and access Outlook templates for messages to the same parties and with the same body text. For example, as a litigation paralegal, Gordon frequently sends service emails to the same set of opposing counsel, with the case name and number in the subject, and with the same basic message. It saves him a ton of time to set all that up once and re-use it. He is going to show you how you can do the same.
