Cybersecurity – Don’t Be Phish Food

Attend the session to learn practical tips for what you can do to protect yourself and your employer from phishing and other cyberattacks.
Helena Ledic is a Chicago-based Associate General Counsel with CSC. As a corporate attorney, she has experience in negotiating commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, security and privacy. Helena is the current vice-chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate and Securities Network and is a regular ACC panelist on topics involving SaaS, security agreements and non-disclosures. She is a frequent guest speaker at law firms and paralegal organizations on best practices regarding corporate and financial filings. She is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and is licensed in Illinois.
Bryan Reed is a CSC Senior Information Security Analyst, focusing on risk and compliance. His responsibilities include client audits, assisting CSC’s legal department in negotiating security terms, managing the enterprise penetration test program, and corporate communications related to Information Security. Bryan has a Bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and has obtained various Information Security certificate.
