Illinois Workers’ Compensation and the AMA Impairment Rating
This session will spend some time laying the groundwork for what types of benefits injured workers are entitled to in Illinois. The remainder of the session will cover what an AMA impairment rating is, how fair the rating system is, how the rating impacts an injured worker’s claim, and what type of consideration the rating is given by the courts.
Dan DeBias has been licensed to practice law since 2018. He obtained his JD degree from the John Marshall Law School in 2017. Dan focuses his entire practice on representing injured workers’ in Illinois, and has been working in the field of workers’ compensation since 2007.
THIS SESSION IS PART OF THE FALL EDUCATION CONFERENCE: All sessions will be hosted on IPA Connect.
