Public Notice for Service: When, Why, and How?



Dave Glynn, Vice President and General Manager of the Courts and Public Notice Network and Ann Erickson, Manager of the Courts Department and Public Notice for Law Bulletin Media will discuss the need for public notice for service to unlocatable parties, heirs and claimants. Dave and Ann will cover a variety of cases, Probate, Divorce, Name Change, Judgment, Housing and Mortgage Foreclosures. We will discuss when, why, and how to provide service to parties by publication. The presentation promises to be informative, provide some helpful tips and will be under 30 minutes long.
