IPA's 2023 Spring Education Conference
The 2023 IPA Spring Education Series will take place over the course of 5 weeks during the months of April and May. There will be 20 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in various specialty areas, as well as subjects including Legal Ethics, Legal Research, Legal Writing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm as we delve into current topics that we hope you will find timely and relevant in your day-to-day work life as a paralegal. Our presenters consist of attorneys, paralegals and service providers in the legal industry.
Why does CLE matter? Simply put, it helps us stay current in the latest legal developments in our specialty area so we can better assist our attorneys. The IPA encourages paralegals to obtain some amount of CLE each year as an important part of your career. Want to learn how to convert an email trail to a task of calendar appointment? Or learn how to write an email that your clients will find easy to read while avoiding communication pitfalls? Are you interested in how juror views have changed during the pandemic? Or about understanding the various roles paralegals play in estate planning and administration? All of these and or more are available during our Series.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to sharpen your skills on a topic you are familiar with or attend a session on a something completely new that you would like to learn. You never know when knowledge you gain may come in handy to one of your attorneys when you least expect it. Let us help you be a rock star! Register now for the low price of $199 for IPA Members and $279 for Prospective Members. All sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing through the month of May for paid attendees.
If you have any questions, you can email Yvonne Kriss, IPA's Executive Director, at IPA@ipaonline.org.
