From Transcript to Trial Strategy: Modern Court Reporting for Paralegals
About this event
Court reporting has expanded far beyond stenography. This session equips paralegals with a current-state view of real time reporting, remote deposition protocols, AI-assisted transcript review, and the risk points that can derail a record. Attendees learn how to select the right reporting method, prepare witnesses for virtual environments, maintain chain-of-custody for exhibits, and ensure transcript integrity in increasingly hybrid legal workflows.
Presented by Jim Pelley, National Director of Court Reporting, and Cara Reynolds, Account Executive, IST.
