Leadership requires courage, initiative, and a willingness to pave the way for others. Attending this conference demonstrates a commitment to yourself and these key leadership qualities. This event will provide you with valuable insights and strategies as well as an opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals. Join us and take charge of your journey.

Sessions include:
  • The “Pioneering Professional” focusing on the continued growth of the profession and opportunities available
  • “What it MENT to You” will highlight the value of mentor/mentee relationships. You may be in one and not even know it!
  • Keynote Presentation by the one and only Chere Estrin: Riding the Waves: How New Administrations Shape (and Shake Up) the Paralegal World—What’s Changing and What’s Here to Stay!
  • Managing working relationships
  • And more!
Continental Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon snacks will be provided to those attending in person.

Those attending in person will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win exciting prizes.

9:00 am – The Pioneering Professional
We’ll connect with 3 pioneering professionals who will share their experiences ranging from legal secretary, court reporting, small and large law firms to freelancing and licensed paraprofessional.  Learn if these opportunities presented themselves or if they were sought out and how you can pave your own path.
