Registration Information: Mailed registration forms must be postmarked on or before October 31, 2024 to avoid paying the Late Registration rate. Beginning November 1, 2024, Late Registration rates apply. 

Cancellations and Substitutions:  A full refund is available upon receipt of written request received by October 31, 2024. Substitution of registrants is permitted.
