At times, the IPA Board of Directors may write a response to an article it feels is inaccurate or inappropriate. The IPA Board of Directors submitted a letter to the editor of the National Paralegal Reporter in response to an article written by Jim Barber that appeared in the October/November 2003 issue of the Reporter regarding the Department of Labor's reevaluation of the exempt vs. non-exempt issue.
